Natalia Martos is CEO and founder of Legal Army. Previously, she was a partner and leader of several technological areas of two highly prestigious Spanish law firms. Before practicing law in the firm, she was an In-House lawyer for 12 years in the PRISA Group, becoming General Counsel for digital matters and Director of Global Privacy. Before taking this position, she was Legal and Privacy Director of the extinct Spanish social network, Tuenti.

She was awarded by “The Legal500” among the 70 best General Counsels in the Iberian Peninsula. She has been awarded by Best Lawyers from 2018 to 2024 for her practice in Technology Law and Privacy. In 2021, 2022 and 2023, it achieved the inclusion of Legal Army in Chambers & Partners, in the “ALSP Spain” category. She has been named the best lawyer in advertising law in the Iberian Peninsula by Iberian Lawyer in the years 2022 and 2023.

She graduated in Exponential Technologies from Singularity University and has just completed the Innovation and Entrepreneurship program at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).

Flora Egea has extensive experience in the area of Privacy in regulated sectors such as banking, fintech or insurance and technological multinationals.

She is an expert in Privacy, Data Protection and Technological Law. In addition, he belongs to the Advisory Council of the Spanish Professional Privacy Association.

She began his professional career in the commercial area in law firms and later joined IBM in his last position, Data Privacy Officer for Southern Europe, for 14 years. For the past 6 years, he has served as Data Protection Officer at BBVA.

Iñigo is a lawyer specializing in Intellectual and Industrial Property, New Technologies and Commercial Contracts. Throughout his career, he has worked in large multinationals, including Ibex 35 companies. He has experience in different jurisdictions, having worked on international projects and in Australia.

Graduated in Law with an economic specialty, he has a Double Master's Degree in Access to Bilingual Law and Legal Advice from the Business Institute and a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property and New Technology Law at the International University of La Rioja.

Guilherme is anauditor and consultant on Data Protection (ISO27701) and ArtificialIntelligence Governance (ISO42001). He has extensive experience in complianceprojects and risk management at a global level, advising technologydepartments, training of data scientists, investigations for M&A purposesand as internal and external DPO.

Certified by the IAPP(CIPP-E) and IECB. With a master’s degree in conflict mediation at theUniversity of Cádiz and education in design thinking, he focuses on using softskills to identify customer needs, support in building innovative solutions andprevent conflicts and sanctions.

Member of the DataProtection and Artificial Intelligence Commission of São Paulo BARAssociation, professor and author on these topics in several Ibero-Americancountries.

Carlos is a legal advisor specialized in Intellectual and Industrial Property, New Technologies and commercial contracting, with experience in the consumer and user sector, having worked in legal advice in the airline sector. Graduated in Law and Master's Degree in Access to Law from the I.E.B., as well as a Master's Degree in Intellectual, Industrial Property and New Technologies from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
