Who is responsible for data processing?
LEGAL ARMY, S.L is responsible for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of providing you with the services identified in this privacy policy.
LEGAL ARMY, S.L, is a company registered at Calle Princesa, 31, 5ª 1-A. -28008 Madrid, and its NIF number is B88103700 (hereinafter, “L-A”).
At L-A we are committed to the fundamental right to the protection of your personal data and this privacy policy is intended to inform you about your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (”RGPD”).

What information do we process?
a) The data you provide us directly:
We collect information about you when you contact us through the channels enabled for this purpose, such as contact and inquiry forms, newsletter registration forms and registration forms for selection processes.
To do this, we may request certain information from you through the different forms, which you can consult on each of these forms before providing it to us.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms provided to you in the channels must be completed, so that the omission of any of them could make it impossible to provide you with the requested services. You must provide true information, and impersonation or the use of aliases or anonymous names is prohibited.
In order for the information provided to be always up to date and free of errors, you must inform L-A, as soon as possible, of any changes to your personal data that occur.
Also, by “clicking” on the “I Accept” button (or equivalent) incorporated in the above-mentioned forms, you declare that the information and data you have provided in them are accurate and true.

What is the source of the data?
We consider that you have freely provided all the data processed by L-A.
If the personal data provided is that of a third party, you guarantee that you have informed them of this Privacy Policy and have obtained their authorization to provide the data to L-A for the purposes indicated above. Likewise, you guarantee that the data provided is accurate and up to date, and you are responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may arise as a result of the breach of this obligation.

For what purpose and on what legitimate basis do we process the data?
L-A acts as responsible for the processing of personal data for the following purposes and in accordance with the following legitimate bases:
- Based on the management of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship:
a) Evaluate the curricula received, and manage the selection processes.
- Based on compliance with L-A legal obligations:
a) Allow users to exercise their rights.
b) Comply with the regulations applicable to L-A.
- Based on the explicit, free and unambiguous consent that, if any, you grant us at the time of collecting your data:
a) Where appropriate, keep you informed about your own or third-party products and services, always sent through L-A by electronic means, such as its newsletter
- Based on the existence of a legitimate interest on the part of L-A:
a) Keep you informed about L-A products and services, related to those previously contracted and that may be of interest to you.
b) Keep your application data for two years to inform you of possible future selection processes that fit your profile.
However, if you do not want your data to be processed for these purposes, you can object at any time by contacting us at gdpr@legalarmy.net as indicated in the Exercise of Rights section of this Privacy Policy.

Who is the data communicated to? Transfers and commissions for treatment
All transfers of personal data that we make are necessary for the fulfillment of the indicated purposes, or are made to comply with a legal obligation:
a) To public administrations and the administration of justice, and to security bodies and forces in compliance with the legal obligations that apply to us.
b) Companies providing payment services (banks, payment gateways, etc.), for the collection of services
c) Auditing firms that are evaluating the company.
In this regard, we inform you that any assignment that occurs will be made taking into account all necessary legal safeguards. In addition, we guarantee that we sign specific contracts with all our service providers as established by the regulations. In addition, our companies providing IT services, tools or IT infrastructure on which the services provided by L-A are based, such as hosting providers, project management tools, collaborators for certain services, etc. In the same way, L-A guarantees that if there are providers that are in countries outside the European Union or others not considered adequate in accordance with data protection regulations, precautions are taken necessary to ensure that data can be transferred securely, either because the provider offers adequate guarantees, through, among others, the signing of Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission, or is a subscriber to the US-EU Data Privacy framework, or any of the exceptions set out in the regulations are met.

Exercise of your rights.
We inform you that you can exercise the following rights:
- Right to access your personal data to know which ones are being processed and the processing operations carried out with them.
- Right to rectify any inaccurate personal data.
- Right to delete your personal data, when this is possible.
- Right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data when the accuracy, legality or the need for the processing of the data is doubtful, in which case, we may keep the data for the exercise or defense of claims.
- Right to object to automated decision-making, including profiling.
- Right to object to the processing of your personal data when the legal basis that enables us to process them, in accordance with paragraph 4 above, is legitimate interest.
- Right to the portability of your data, when the legal basis that enables us to process those indicated in section 4 above is the existence of a contractual relationship or your consent.
- Right to revoke the consent granted to L-A.
You can exercise your rights at any time and free of charge in the following ways:

- In addition, when you receive any communication from us, by clicking on the unsubscribe section that will contain that communication, you can unsubscribe from all previously accepted commercial communications.
When you exercise your rights, and only if we have questions about your identity, we may request additional information from you to verify your identity.
We also inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that we have committed a violation of data protection legislation regarding the processing of your personal data.
In addition, we inform you that you can sign up for the Robinson List at Www.listarobinson.es the advertising exclusion system managed by the Spanish Association of Digital Economy (ADIGITAL), in which you can register in order to show your opposition to your data being used for the purpose of sending you commercial communications.

Period of conservation of your data
We will only keep your data for as long as necessary to offer you these services. Any of the data you provide to us through the channels will be blocked as long as they are no longer necessary to manage the service and will only be available if there is a legal obligation (derived from a request from the State Security Forces and Bodies or Courts) as well as when you exercise your rights.

In order to prevent unauthorized access or unauthorized disclosure of personal data, we have taken appropriate technical and physical measures, as well as management processes to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.

Minors
Children under 14 years of age may not use the services available through our website without the prior authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all acts performed through the site by the minors under their care, including the completion of forms with the personal data of such minors and the marking, if appropriate, of the boxes that accompany them. In this regard, and to the extent that L-A does not have the capacity to control whether or not users are minors, parents and guardians must enable the necessary mechanisms to prevent them from accessing the website and/or providing personal data without their supervision, and L-A must not admit any responsibility in this regard.

We do our best to keep our privacy policy fully updated. If we make changes, they will be clearly and specifically identifiable, as possible in the relationship we have established with you (for example: we can communicate the changes to you by email).
